We are accredited building certifiers with over 35 years of industry experience combined Building Surveying and Building Construction, we provide building certification services and construction services.
We are motivated in providing a professional service that delivers solid experience in the National Construction Code and the Environmental Planning Assessment Act.
In addition to being accredited by the Building Professionals Board we are active members of the Association of Accredited Certifiers and the Master builders Association.
We have extensive knowledge of building certification for all building types and sizes, through both local government and private industry experience.
We also can undertake the role of Principal Certifying Authority, Building Certifier as required by relevant legislation in NSW.
FMBC are appropriately qualified or accredited by the NSW Building Professionals Board to provide building consulting relating to issue of construction certificates, building permits, complying development certificates, for a wide range and scale of building projects.
